RETURNS AND DELIVERY
The Hair Collection currently only delivers to the UK and Ireland. We aim to deliver products within 7 working days using the standard delivery option at checkout. In the event of your product taking longer, we ask you to wait 10 days before contacting us via our email or Contact Us page. We also offer a quicker delivery service of 2-4 working days when you select Express Delivery at the checkout. If your product is delayed you can apply for a delivery charge refund. In the unlikely case of your product being unavailable we will notify you via email when it is back in stock. (Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays in both United Kingdom and Germany are not considered as working days.)
Returns and Refunds
We would like every customers to have 100% satisfaction with all your products, that why we offer refunds or exchanges to any customer that is not satisfied with the product. These Terms and Conditions apply:
- We only accepts returned goods if they are in the original packaging with all tags attached as they were sent to you.
- Any Shampoo, conditioners or care products with a seal which is broken, will not be accepted if returned.
- Goods have to be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- The postage will not be refunded & you are responsible for any returns postage costs. We do suggest that you use special delivery to return your item as we cannot be held responsible for returned item that do not reach us.
- We aim to return your money to you within 10 working days, please do be patient for this can take a little bit longer in certain circumstances.
- When returning the purchase please use the return section on the delivery note provided. This will include the return address. We cannot accept returns without it.
- This does not affect your statutory rights as governed by English Law.
