Human Hair Products
The greatest thing about human hair is that you can pretty much treat it as you would your own hair, within reason. Human hair shouldn’t need washing as often and it is best to treat it very gently as the hair will not grow back. See washing instructions below:
We recommend you don't rub them when washing your wig as this may cause tangling. We recommend washing in a bowl of luke warm water and a splash of shampoo, leave to soak and a light massage, no rubbing or scrubbing!

FAQ
Discreet Packaging:
We understand that privacy for a lot of our customers is paramount and we respect that, therefore all of our packages are discreetly wrapped.
How long does a wig last?
It's very difficult to give a precise period of time for our Fibre and Human Hair wigs, as it depends on how they are cared for and how long they are warn for at a time.
With and average wearing time of 8 hours a day and is treated well, we can average the following life span for fibre and human hair wigs:
Fibre Wigs-
Short Haired- Approximately 6 months
Long Haired- Approximately 6 months (there is a chance it may need to be cut after 2-3 months as the lengths can start to frizz due to friction)
Human Hair- Approximately 1 Year
How many wigs should I have?
We suggest that you have two wigs. Fibre wigs have to dry naturally so it may be useful to have one you can use while the other is drying. Also it could be useful to have a spare just in-case anything were to happen to the first one. Plus you might want to mix it up a little bit!
Can I see you in person?
Yes! We love to see our customers, we are happy to book you in for a consultation in one of our private rooms or book a video chat if you cant get to us.
What is the difference between human hair and fibre?
Human hair wigs can within reason be treated as you would your own hair, for instance they will need styling through blow drying or setting (it is advised that you allow the wig to dry naturally to about 80% before you blow dry it), they can be coloured and withstand the use of curling irons and straighteners. Human hair can be more difficult to look after than fibre products as they do need styling, whereas fibre wigs only need a shake and they are ready to wear. Both Human hair and Fibre wigs and hairpieces should be washed carefully with no scrubbing or rubbing. Always follow the instructions.
All fibre wigs need to be left to dry completely before brushing or combing.
What do the '*' (stars) mean in the description of the wigs?
The more stars there are next to the product name the better quality and more comfortable it will be to wear. This will also affect the price.
Can I cut my fibre or human hair wig?
Yes, although we do suggest you go to a hairdresser who has trained in cutting wigs, either human hair or fibre.
What does 'mono' mean?
'Mono' means that the wig has a fabric on top to authentically replicate skin for a natural look.
